Supporting children and young people with additional needs to thrive requires more than systems and policies — it requires understanding, consistency and trust.

With over sixteen years’ experience across mainstream, specialist and therapeutic education settings, this work is grounded in a deep understanding of how schools can successfully support pupils with SEND, including autism, ADHD, anxiety, trauma and social, emotional and mental health needs. Experience spans classroom teaching, senior pastoral leadership, SEN leadership and Pupil Referral Unit leadership, creating a practical, realistic approach to inclusive education.
The focus is always on building safe, relational environments where pupils feel understood, staff feel supported and high expectations are maintained for everyone.
